I Am Wondering On Average After Diet/health Changes, How Long Did It Take For Yall To Get Pregnant/have Labs Improve.

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭
Corbin, KY

I am 3.5 months into health eating and regular exercise. I've lost almost 20% of my body weight (35 lbs). I believe I am still not releasing eggs because my LH levels still never go above 1.5 or so during ovulation. Im trying to decide how long to wait before going back to redo labs and potentially ask for something medicated to stimulate my eggs to be released.

NOTE: I am not insulin resistant.

Hi Quinne, have you looked into diets specifically for fertility? It's not the same as a regular healthy eating diet. And also cycle-syncing.

Anyone Have Advice Or Know Anyone With Low Cortisol And/or Addison’s Disease/adrenal Insufficiency?

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭
Virginia Beach, VA

My cortisol levels are extremely low and they aren’t sure why yet..guessing I’m going to need much more tests at next doctor. But if anyone has any advice I’d love to know…still struggling and in horrible agony with my GI symptoms, fatigue, etc (apparently prob all related to the cortisol)

Does Anyone Have Any Advice On Super Low Cortisol Levels??

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭
Virginia Beach, VA

Curious if anyone has ANY possible advice about having low cortisol. Particularly low cortisol/creatinine ratio. I’m still seeing doctors to try to figure this out but everyone seems pretty confused…and I’m so exhausted from being this way for a year now..low cortisol is likely causing my stomach issues, etc. and idk how to bring my cortisol up naturally?

A myPCOSteam Member

Hi there! So I did something called the DUTCH test that shows the levels of hormones from urine (apparently more accurate than blood draw) for progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, cortisol, and much… read more
