It’s a device that calculates what your body is burning for fuel. I have one considering I have major insulin resistance and was curious if any one else who may have tried it out.

Has Anyone Used Metformin For Weight Loss?

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭
Australia

If yes please share you experience with me. I started today and am a little nervous about taking it. I have read articles that it depletes B12 or can cause Lactic Acidosis in severe situations and potentially hairloss (due to the B12) - I am over reading articles as it is only confusing me so some real life experiences would be great - thank you!!

Did Starting Birth Control Make You Emotional?

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭
Nashville, TN

So I recently got diagnosed with PCOS a little shy of a week ago, and I started non-estrogen birth control to help regulate my cycles (the most recent period I was on lasted 2 months 😬) and it completely stopped the bleeding—thank goodness. I have however been feeling more emotional lately with no other symptoms. I do have depression and GAD, so maybe it’s affecting that? I’m not really sure. Has anyone else experienced this?

A myPCOSteam Member

Hi Laura, I was diagnosed in my teens with the same symptoms initially and same experience, so we are not alone trust me....
