Does Anyone Else Suffer From Horrible Gut Dysbiosis As A Result Of PCOS Or Other Related Condition?
My recent GI stool test showed that I have some severe “inflammatory associated dysbiosis” pretty much meaning…the bacteria in my GI tract is severely imbalanced…I take probiotics daily, eat EXTREMELY healthy (doctors literally say “idk how to tell you to eat any better than you already do” 🙄) I took a week of antibiotics to help target the overpopulated “bad” bacteria in my gut and have continued taking very strong probiotics, etc however I am still severely struggling…luckily I was able to see… read more

Who Else Has PCOS D With No Insulin Resistance?
I was diagnosed with PCOS type A in Jan 2024 but after redoing labs in May, I have no insulin issues. I never have in the past either and I've had labs done consistently over the last couple of years. I have cysts in my ovary (I only have one). We have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years. We got pregnant once (Oct 23) but it was an ectopic. Other than tha5, no pregnancies. I am trying to find out what people with this type are doing. There's limited information available online for treatment… read more

Does This Happen To Anyone Else?
I feel awful. Typically women with pcos have low sex drives or so I’ve heard however I’m the opposite. But every time I get that way my pelvis and lower back feel tense. I’ve been using tens but it’s only temporary relief. It also hurts sometimes when I go to the bathroom. Don’t even get me started on menstruation. What do you think is happening and does anyone else experience this?
Hey! My suggestion is that if hormones are out of wack to get blood work done to find out what's going on . This probably will sound crazy but I wish I had a libido problem. Between the PCOS and… read more

PCOS+Heat
I don’t know about y’all, but my body is so sensitive to heat during the summer because of PCOS. This makes me sweat more than usual, and I feel like I smell by the end of the day because of the sweat. Does anyone experience the same and have product recommendations for excess sweat? Specifically for the inner thigh, armpit, and under-boob areas?
I feel the same way! It's so hard to fully enjoy the warm weather when you're constantly anxious

Hi Ladies, Has Anyone Ever Had A Period That Makes U Feel Really Bloated And Sick Even Though You've Only Had Something Light To Eat?
I had a sandwich, snack and a drink for my lunch a couple of hours ago and I've just started feeling sick and really bloated
I'm just hoping that I ain't getting another annoying cyst as I don't fancy another laparoscopic cystectomy as after the first one I had I'd had to stay in hospital for an extra few days as I'd got an infection afterwards either after the surgery or whilst I was in recovery
The funny thing is that when the staff in the recovery room were trying to wake me up they found… read more
