I had so much anxiety before mine. I could not sleep...I was so emotional. I got in there and did it and honestly it was not bad at all! It's a tiny bit uncomfortable when they first go in....but it was NOTHING like they make it up to be. Like most lady things if you relax and don't tense up it will be fine. Also take a couple pain relievers about 20 mins before! Good luck!

It sounds WAY more scary then it actually is when you are having it done. My doctor recommended taking some form of pain medication before I had it done and my only side effect from the procedure was some minimal bleeding. Now I always recommend taking something for pain right before you go in and about 4 hours after you get out as well just to fight the pain/cramping before it happens.

They insert a catheter in through your cervix and inject dye to see if the dye goes through your Fallopian tubes.

I can't even get an appointment. The system to try and book one is a joke. This doesn't help the anxiety over it all.
Looks like I will have to try again next month :/
