I was diagnosed PCOS 4 yrs ago. I am 70 kgs and doctor advised to bring down to 60 kgs. I have tried some diet plans but didn't yield any result. Lost heart and stopped practising. Now that I am married i want to make myself fit before i plan for pregnancy. Badly need help in this. Any effective weight loss suggestions friends?
I have found the paleo diet and it really helps. I can control my blood sugar and lose weight in a healthy sustainble way.
Personally allergen free diet works best for me! Helps me keep the weight off and regulate my hormones as best as possible! I also try to workout as much as I can but I find when I stick to allergy free I donβt have to run around counting calories all the time, etc. my mom has also been on it for years now and it cured her hot flashes, lost the weight gain associated with her menopause, etc. so I highly recommend giving a gluten, dairy, soy, corn, egg, and peanut free diet a try for at least 30days if youβre up for it! Also helps normalize periods/fertility

I think that diet is the main thing to focus on, then add whatever workout you're comfortable with on top of that.
