Any One Any Advice How To Make My Cycle Abit More Regular?

Iv been to my gyno n she sent me away wiv forms for my bf sperm testing n need my blood test for day 2 -5 n day 21of my period to test my ovulation but im not having periods regular so its taking forever... just wish there was somthing to help me ?? Any ideas?

Also ask about Provera that helped me and this month I ovulated on my own!!! Other than taking Letrozole to induce ovulation!!!

I'm trying to take the natural approach to things, so for me to make mine more consistent, (for example, instead of it fluctuating every month drastically) I tried blacking out my windows at night when I slept, making sure it was pitch black to the point I couldn't see my hand in front of my face. I did that for 3 months and my period regulated down to ever 29 days. You can try that.

Must say my periods were never regular other than when on the pill which causes complexities when trying to conceive. My suggestion is to not go it alone....follow advice, try ovulation induction, try ivf. The assistance out there is amazing. Ultimately for us, ivf was the best route and it yielded immediate results.
