I have been doing acupuncture for about 3 years now....a little over. I used to have about 85 day cycles...if not longer and after about 1.5 years of doing it they got with in about 36 days ish. we are trying to get pregnant and so I had also bought a clear blue fertility monitor and we also noticed that I had started ovulating on a regular basis. So that was also a plus. And I also agree with Brenna, it helped with a lot of other symptoms. I used to have quite a bit of anxiety and depression and man, I have never felt better in my life in that regard. I do have little slip ups but I see my acupuncturist weekly and she can usually do something to help me! I also do Chinese herbs with my acupuncturist....hard to take but I think that they make a difference. I am a huge advocate for acupuncture. i was one who didn't really believe that it could work and it took time, lots of time, but in the end I feel it was all worth it. Baby or no baby....I feel like I have become a better person! I go to an acupuncturist that is very knowledgeable in hormonal disorders and is always keeping up to date on what is happening in the infertility world!
