Does Anyone Get Really Sharp Pains In Their Uterus, Dizziness, And Nausea?

The past two days I have had sharp, breathtaking pains in my uterus area along with dizziness and bad nausea. Is this symptoms of PCOS or is these something completely unrelated??

In my late 20's experienced a lot of dizziness. It was due to the sugar resistance that pcos causes. I started metformin and educated myself on better foods to eat. I loved my carbs, but pcos bodies have a tough time processing them. The sooner you learn to eat right with pcos the better you will feel! Trust me.

Dizzyness yes but its unrelated to PCOS as far as we are aware of (told its part of the Fibro or MS)

I've never had much in the way of cramping, but I've had dizziness and slight nausea. I'm nauseated now and my nipples are tender (sorry tmi) so I'm hoping my period is around the corner. I always get stressed out waiting for my period to show up. AAAARRRGGHHH!!!
