Ive bever used it but i just bought Ovaboost which has myoinosital in it. I did do Keto for 7 months and that helped a ton. I got my period 4 weeks after starting to change my diet to low carb. I only ate around 20-30 net carbs a day. I did get pregnant after 7 months but just lost the baby a few weeks ago. But it is the first time i gor pregnant in 7 years of ttc.
