Warning I kinda go into a ramble: I from about 13 til maybe 20 or 21 I would go 7-9 months without my period if I wasn't on a low estrogen bc. In my experience, PCOS doesn't always fit into a specific type. You sound like you exhibit symptoms most in line with type 1 PCOS or non-traditional PCOS 1 - I'd recommend reading up on each so you can really figure out what you're dealing with! You could also schedule an appt with a gynaecologist / endocrinologist who would know what they're talking about, as GPs often don't know the ins and outs of PCOS. I hope this helped! Kait x
