Weight Gain 😳 And NOT IR
Hello all,
I’m curious if there is anyone like me who gained weight rapidly and has tried everything to lose it . I am NOT IR. But still overweight , what has worked for you? What hasn’t worked for you? Post you opinions / experiences below! Can’t wait to hear them! ❤️
Completely cutting sugar out of my diet and carbs no bread no rice no pasta only fruit meat and vegetable and little good fat the nutrimost diet has worked well for me I gained 100 250 lb in 2 or 3 years I had quit smoking and thought that that was the reason but I think it is more related to my PCOS
I’ve had such a hard time losing weight for 10 years now . I’ve recently found something that works for ppl with PCOS called Tru vision ! I’ve tried the pills for a month now and lost 13 pound (omg!) never before has it been this easy. I can even have sugar and bread again and not gain weight (consistently losing !) I’m so amazed. Anyone want info i can share the person I get it from !
Low carb or at least carb conscious all the way! I have been working with a dietician and nutritional coach for about a year now and have lost 35 lbs. I limit to 100 carbs per day, and make sure to get plenty of protein and healthy fats. Don’t kill yourself though... sometimes you just need to eat a small slice of cake and not berate yourself!
A low carb diet has worked for me in the past. About 6 years ago I started tracking like crazy, and which lead to carbs. Over a 5 month period I lost 40 lbs. At that point my period regulated, and I got pregnant (huge shock because I was under the impression it was never going to happen). I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy and lost more weight be I was limiting carbs even futher, and after I had my daughter I stopped tracking calories, and loaded up on carbs. Because I was breastfeeding. All the weight came right back with a few friends. I buckled down again off went 30 lbs in 3 months. Then life got in the way and it's all back and now I struggle with losing it. If I don't track calories with an OCD mindset, and avoid carbs nothing happens.
I'm an individual who has gained a crazy amount of weight over the years despite not being insulin-resistant. Ty for posting this, I definitely could use the information as well!
