I'm trying this... Diet n exercise very important with me for my symptoms I'm also taking vitamins and folic acid sex 2-3 times a week when fertile until our referral to fertility clinic... Research I've done metformin and chlomid can increase fertility but that's upto your doctor to prescribe mine weren't prepared to give me anything until my referral so told us to try naturally despite my original diognosis 8yrs ago... Wish you all the luck in the world

I am currently about to start my second 3 month course of clomid. I also take 2 x 750mg metformin. They both supported strongly by my fertility specialist. No such luck on the first course, but fingers crossed for the second. But it is different for everybody. I reallh do hope you find what works for you. Wishing you lots of luck
