no non of the meds triggered it, mine was start with PTSD from abuse and later got worse with pcos. since I have had the first for it,surgery its made it worse

Did you take any meds that might of triggered depression or anxiety ?

i have this also so very bad that sometimes i don't have the energy to do anything my birthcontrol didn't help but each person is different. I take meds now for the depression and anxiety because i have tried them all

You're welcome! It's hard for me to say - I had terrible mood swings and anxiety before I started taking it. Once I was on it I cant say that it got worse due to the spiro - but my mood and anxiety is a lot more even with the supplements and improved diet. The magnesium is the only thing that helps me sleep thru the night and I think thats a HUGE piece of it for me, I never knew what restorative rest actually felt like and it made me super moody without it - but I digress! I'd have a chat with the doc and see if there is anything you can tweak, whether it be the spiro dosage or the BC? I hope you start feeling more like yourself again!
