What Foods Are Pcos Friendly
I've been trying a low carb, sugar free, and low dairy diet and it's helped a lot. Since I started it about 5 months ago, I've lost 36lbs
A lot of foods are you just got to find what's right for you. I would say try not to have much dairy products. Cheese is my worse. Fruit and veg are good oranges. I would say also try not to have much pasta or bread
I stopped taking the pill in 2015 it had taken me and year and half to have a period in that time I changed my diet to get better I started to lose weight and feel better in my self then boom a period hit. Was very heavy and lasted for 1 month. I started the gym to try help my body more and it did.
I'm on 2 forms of birth control and haven't had a period since Oct. I'm trying to loose weight and I was told to watch what I eat and was just curious which foods was good and which I might wanna stay away from
Katelyn1994, you may wanna see a different doctor and get a second opinion. Those of us that suffer with PCOS, we have to have heavily calorie deficient diets, it’s way more complicated than just “eating healthier” for us. Most of us haven’t had periods in months.
