Hair Loss?
I was diagnosed with PCOS back in 2007 when I was only 13 and for the past year I have noticed that my hair is thinning a lot. Has this happen to anytime else? If so, how do I stop it?
I took Spironolactone in my late 20's to 30's. I stopped using it, but I don't remember why. It did help my hair grow though. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
My hair falls out a ridiculous amount which has resulted in my hair being a lot thinner than it used to be. My doctor told me to start taking biotin to help.
My dermatologist prescribed Finasteride and Rogaine (full/men's strength, not the un-studied half strength that's marketed to women. Don't mess around with getting it on your skin, she warned - not even in your sweat while exercising...you don't want head-hair growing wherever it drips! Even with the foam I always seem to get a little on my skin so I won't use it any more. Apparently it can take up to a year to take effect, but I'm not willing to wait). Spirinolactone helped my hair loss the most though. Hopefully I can start taking it again soon!
My hair start falling a lot im really scared from the results after a while ..
Thank you for all the answers I hope they will help! I'm going to try both suggestions! 😊
