Ive try meds and shampoos and home remedies but nothing helps my hair grow it makes me so sad and frustrated my hair used to me so long and thick

Magnesium has made mine grow. Biotin helps too.

I have to cut my hair once a year I’m kinda used to it now. It falls out mainly in the fron but when I do the chop it grows back super fast
