Does Anyone Else Have Major Trouble With Bloating And Tummy Trouble?

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭
Some where in OK

I have had issues with bloating & every time I eat, no matter what I eat, I bloat. I get miserable & sometimes my tummy will hurt along w/ my ovaries. Wondering if anyone else has issues like this?

So I was bloated for years and didn't notice until I did carnivore/keto (I cycle the two) for about a month or a bit more. When I came back to my regular way of eating I started bloating again. Metformin also bloated the hell out of me. I'm not saying the change in food will help cause it may not. but an elimination diet/meds check is the best way to find out. maybe talk to a nutritionist too?

You may have IBS, which is common with PCOS. Eating more fermented food and taking a probiotic might be helpful.
