Acid Reflux

Do any of you ladies deal with random bouts of acid reflux? I havent had any issues for a while...but this past week its been horrible and its causing a horrible tickle in my throat (which is not nice to have during these times). Any suggestions on how to calm it down so i dont have everyone thinking im a covid case?

Im drinking baking soda in water, its helping but wow is it awful

I know that dairy isn't great for us with PCOS but maybe you can try a glass of milk or maybe something without a lactose base like almond milk to help coat your throat

I do. At completely random times. I usually have to pay more attention to what and how fast I’m eating. Ice water and milk are also good for immediate solutions (especially the milk) but only if you can do dairy (non-dairy milk gives me acid issues). Sometimes, if nothing else works, I keep sugar free cough drops on me and it soothes any itch or tingle I experience. Milk usually works though.

I've had it when I started Metformin. It was horrible 😭 Have you tried any over the counter stuff?
If its going on for a while, maybe bring it up with your dr?
