Unfortunately it is normal with PCOS to have all kinds of menstrual irregularities πŸ˜’ I tend to spot and bleed for 2-3 weeks, and then a week or two later about exactly when my next cycle is supposed to start, I start spotting again!

Don't worry, the gynecologists just want your money anyway! I'm sorry about your confusing and painful array of symptoms ☹️ What is your diet and exercise like?

Today I am experiencing mild to heavy bleeding, unlike some small spotting. I’m not sure if this is my menstrual bleeding or what.
I fear going to a gynecologist because I lost my job and I don’t have health Insurance.

I’m not on any birthcontrol pill. I gained almost 15 pounds in 2 months. And January 20 was the last regular cycle I had. After that I got my spitting+periods in March 20, which lasted until April 15th for 3 weeks. And now I spitting since May 24th and since the 2 days a slight bleeding i can see. I do intermittent fasting and have lost 4 pounds so far. I am getting cramps and cannot have sex with my husband.
