Which types of fruit and vegetables are best for us?

I like plain stuff, if i eat cauliflower, i just eat potatoes and cauliflower for example. I dont like making things that take hours to prepare.

I dont eat meat, fish or any other animal. I am a vegetarian, i only eat eggs, drink milk. I eat veggie burgers and alike.

I know you don't eat animal products but wanted to post all the options for everyone.. Here are some great foods to incorporate, depending on your needs

Most with pcos have vitamin deficencies so, incorporating foods high in these vitamins can be helpful!

Foods High in Magnesium (6):

Seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds)

Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts)

Legumes (peanuts, black beans, soybeans)

Whey protein

Grains (rice, oats, sorghum, barley, teff)

Vegetables (spinach, potatoes)

Raw cacao (my favorite source of magnesium!)

2. Vitamin D

Foods High in Vitamin D (12):

Fortified dairy products

Eggs

Liver

Fish (swordfish, salmon, tuna)

Cod liver oil

3. Zinc

Foods High in Zinc (16):

A good resource for you since your English is impeccable: draxe.com. Really reliable & informative resource you can use to find out more about the foods @A myPCOSteam Member showed you, or about fiber, Omega-3s, antioxidants, etc. Dr. Axe is my go-to source for anything & everything food/herbs/fungus. Plus, he has a Judeo-Christian leaning so guaranteed everything you see on his site his wholesome, and he even includes sometimes tidbits about Biblical food history!
