Prostaglandins?

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭
Durham, NC

Has anyone learned about prostaglandins and PCOS? The more I learn about what they do to the body, the more I think they have been the root of a lot of suffering for me. One doctor advised me to take naproxen (Aleve) to reduce prostaglandins. But now I'm having painful attacks sometimes at different times in my cycle and not able to predict when to take naproxen. Thanks for any advice.
