I honestly don’t think I ovulate on my own either .. I took a prenatal & ended up pregnant 2 years after I stop them, im also β€œ4/20” friendly and a few people have told me that can slow down or stop my fertility..

It's recommended to start a prenatal vitamin a few months before trying to conceive, but the biggest one is a vitamin that has folate/folic acid. CoQ10 is another supplement that increases egg quality so starting it a few months ahead is also helpful. I am currently TTC and take myo-inositol, CoQ10, fish oil, and a prenatal vitamin. My doc also has me on letrozole because I was not ovulating on my own. Letrozole is by prescription, but all the others are readily available over the counter.
