Ugh I feel the “helpful Dr” I’m supposed to start nursing school this year and I’m super nervous to be put in the same situation:( I’ve even been asked if I “think I could handle nursing school” since I have the same problem. I wish you the best! If I come across anything that helps I’ll update
Where do you want to work when your done with school? A nursing home, for me that is, is less stressfull than a hospital. You could also work with newborns, or become a, i dont know the english word, a nurse who makes sure the delivery of a baby goes smoothly.
Dont overdo it with exercises atm, but make sure you eat well.
You can change you day exercise wise by taking the stairs, stop earlier than you busstop to walk, or go with a bike.
Its hard, i had difficulties to when i was in nursing school to, but when you have landed your job, you can work around your scedule for exercises. Youll need to change your diet up a bit than, but bot by much.
I hope i said something usefull and will help you
Dont give up!!!
