I was diagnosed after giving birth to my third kid (along with 2 miscarriages). It's one reason the diagnosis for me was so unexpected, although a lot of the symptoms (irregular and extremely painful menstrual cycles, acne on my arms and back, facial hair) have been problems since I was a teenager. The characteristic polycystic ovaries are what finally gave me the diagnosis.

Yes, I got pregnant very late in life. Naturally. According to my doctor this is a miracle. I am 45 and exhausted chasing a toddler around, but no weight loss. Father left and just visits, I dont care for him. But in love with my little one :)

Awww that’s amazing congratulations mommy to be.
And even more soo a little Christmas baby. I guess you can say double the gifts for you. (Just a little sense of humor)
But thank you sooo much for your response I really appreciate it. I been dealing with PCOS for years before I even knew I had it. I just found out what all the missed period prolonged periods facial hairs mood swings and all that was smh
I went to manyyyyy obgyn and this last one Is the one who diagnosed me with it and ever since seem like it’s been a journey. I just want my own little bundle of joy. I been giving up all hope for one day being someone’s mom.
