Brain Fog/slow Thinking/memory
Years ago I went on a keto diet for almost a year to stop progression of diabetes. It worked, years later my A1C1 is good, insulin is good and fasting glucose.
Well, ever since that. My brain never recouped. I forget alot, my witty comebacks are gone, etc. I talked to my dr about this at the time and she didn't seem to be concerned since eventually I remember. Anyone else have this? Years later I still miss my once sharp brain.
I've noticed similar sluggishness on my keto diet, but it's hard to know whether or not my depression and ADHD also play a roll. I have found the brain fog is more manageable when I'm on my ADHD medication (it's not always available, though). Perhaps small amounts of caffeine might help? I'm still trying to figure out a solution myself 😅
I've Been Experiencing Significant Memory Issues .Wonder There Is A Link Between PCOS And Cognitive Function?
Has Anyone Considered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) To Deal With Anxiety And Depression? How Has Your Experience Been?
Okay So My Most Recent Cortisol Test Came Back High..? Wtf? Every Test I’ve Done So Far Has Showed My Cortisol Was Practically Nonexistent.
