Yeah I stay away from gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs, and peanuts and it definitely makes a difference (worth a try if you don’t already cut out the other ones)! But sometimes unfortunately (at least for me) it seems unavoidable :/ but thank you as well! Same to you, and hope you get some answers!

Thank ya! The only thing I find relief in is staying away from gluten. Which is so odd but I am getting a CT scan at the end of this month to rule out other things. Best of luck to you. X.
