Pcos makes it hard to lose weight but when you’re in your 30s it’s even harder

Hi Girl! I feel this. I’m working with a dietitian and that has been helping- still slow and inconsistent, though. I follow GlucoseGoddess on Instagram and her recommendations have helped me to lose some weight and have more energy 😊

The struggle! It’s especially frustrating watching the weight melt off my husband, and the scale doesn’t move for me!

Yessss, im on the same boat as you. I also would like to know. Even when I try to change my diet, my cravings get 10 times worse.

Highly recommend allergy free diet for at least 30days! Gluten, dairy, soy, corn, egg, and peanut free helped me drop a lot of weight and feel better. I have to stick to this diet very strictly especially when my hormones flare up and symptoms are bad. Have recommended to many women and always heard positive feedback as a result of trying it so I thought it might be worth mentioning! After 30days if you want to, you can reintroduce foods one by one to see which ones you may be reacting to/could be preventing weight loss. Anyways I hope you figure out what works for you I just thought it was worth mentioning if you want to give it a try! Best of luck!!
