I take B C D zinc iron magnesium
I take a pre-natal, wild Alaskan fish oil, probiotics, myo-inositol, maca, and magnesium.
I take:
In the morning:
-omega-3s
-evening primrose oil
-calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 combo
-vitamin C
-multivitamin
-LMNT electrolyte salt packet with 60oz of water (great electrolyte drink but I take this one primarily for POTS-postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome)
At night:
-MagTech (Magtein) Magnesium (by FAR my favorite night time magnesium!!)
-oral lavender capsules (occasionally)
-cbd/CBN capsules
-melatonin
