Does Anyone Know If The PCOS Nutrition Center Is Legit? Or Is It A Waste Of Tons Of Money?
I do not have a regular period over the last year I’ve had one maybe two natural ones. The others have been from progesterone. I currently take inositol and prenatal. I workout regularly and my diet consists of veggies, protein, fruit and zero added sugars, dairy free and gluten free. I’m having a hard time trusting anything in the internet so any true recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I am trying so hard to get pregnant 🙏🏼💞
My pleasure! And thank you—it’s been hard, but we’re not giving up on this journey to parenthood.
Thank you so much!! I will try all of that out. I am so sorry about your miscarriage
Hi, Jordan! I’m not sure about PCOS Nutrition Center. However, I was taking a pre-natal vitamin, 2050 mg of myo-inositol, and 87.5 mg of magnesium bisglycinate every day and taking 700 mg of maca every other day and was having my period every 32 days. I also worked out and ate similarly to you, except I didn’t eat red meat and did eat sheep and goat dairy (I mainly eat a Mediterranean diet). My husband and I got pregnant in 3 weeks of trying. Sadly, we miscarried. We do plan to try again, but it’s amazing how quickly I was able to get pregnant even though I have PCOS. Maybe you could implement these practices in your regimen to regulate your cycle and hopefully get pregnant. I also recommend the book Period Repair Manual by Lara Briden; there’s a whole section about PCOS! Hope this helps 💗
