Allergy free diet!! Gluten, dairy, soy, corn, egg, and peanut free (been doing it over 10 years now) absolutely changed my life. Originally got the idea from “JJ Virgin Diet”. Within 45-60days of going on it many years ago my periods started coming more regularly, I stopped having to count calories all the time in order to lose weight and help inflammation, and I accidentally got pregnant about 2 months after starting it…so I always like to recommend to ppl trying to conceive or just simply help regulate their hormones/lose weight. The gist of the diet is cutting out those main food allergens for 30 days and then after 30 days you can reintroduce foods one by one to see which ones you are reacting to/could be causing issues. As soon as my mom tried it when she couldn’t lose weight during menopause her hot flashes stopped altogether and she dropped the stubborn weight she had been trying to lose. I know it might sound like a lot I just wanted to mention it cause I know it has helped so many people I know! I hope you find what works best for you though! Wishing you the best!
