You may feel really heavy like something is going to fall out but it won't lol. You should always go to ER or GYN same day to get looked at, you can bleed internally. I did for 3 days putting off the pain and trucking thru thinking it's just another cyst rupture. Your ovaries can also wrap around themselves called ovarian torsion, very rare but can happen.
