I had a cyst rupture but by the time I realized I ended up in hospital from a major infection. I had pain but I just got really sick from it but only coz drs were telling me the pain was caused by a kidney infection so they were treating the wrong thing. So I can’t really answer your question but I will say, make sure your doctor knows you have cysts to avoid further complications or diagnosis once one decide to burst, in saying that it’s not like they burst constantly, as far as I know it only happened to me once.
