Birth Control
Has anyone got on the pill to see if it helps get your hormones or track ? Or should i avoid them ?
In my opinion, the pill further messes up your hormones. It worsens your glucose and contributed to more metabolic disturbances. Do your research
I own an herbals tea company focused on providing good health, hydration and happiness to women living with PCOS. Every single blend is made with us in mind and deals with the issues that way face in a natural way that helps out bodies heal naturally.
Again, do your own research.
I no longer take medication and only drink my teas. After two years, I got a period on my own and it's been consistent foe the last 3 months.

Hormonal birth control is only going to hide symptoms. I hate when docs only suggest this. It's like they don't want to learn about a woman's specific form of PCOS and even attempt to treat the root cause! If you are insulin resistant for example, Metformin or a natural equivalent will address the actual issue
If you do decide a bc form stay away from depo provera shot. It makes pcos so much worse
I went on pill, but my bkdy got use to it and my symptoms got worse over time.
For me, my hormones went back to a normal level. When i was diagnosed my male hormones were much to high and now, reasonably normal.
