Does Anyone Know Any Energy Supplements Or Powders?

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I am constantly tired and drink way too much coffee every day. I know that it affects my physical health, but I need to find something to help me stay awake and let me get through the day without having to nap.

I would feel like this too!! Always tired with muscle pain and fatigue. Taking inositol and switching to black tea has really helped both fatigue and pain. High caffeinated beverages are a slippery slope with crashes and burn outs

I’m currently taking the brand intimate rose which has the combination of myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol 40:1 ratio which studies have been proven to show most effective with PCOS related symptoms. Might take a couple of weeks to see the effects though, but it’s really helped

Maybe Yerba Mate can help. It's often found as a tea or supplement.
