When Should I Be Concerned?

So, I have been more regular at least most of the time for over a year now, although it seems like every once in a while I see my PCOS still throw things more out of whack. Even still, I usually don't go more than 6wks between periods. (That day will be this coming Monday, 7/24)

Ugh! So I JUST found info saying that with PCOS, I should avoid the early result tests, because they are more likely to have false negative results when apparently, my hormone issues can be a problem anyway!? Had anybody else heard this?
