Highly recommend an allergy free diet to assist with weight loss if you’re up for it!! I know it sounds quite restrictive but I honestly swear by being gluten, dairy, soy, corn, egg, and peanut free…this diet has helped every single person I have ever recommended it to….(people with female hormone issues, thyroid issues, women in menopause, inflammatory conditions, and more)! You simply cut out all of those foods for at least 30days and then after 30days you can reintroduce the foods one by one to see which foods may be causing a reaction…but you have to cut everything out for the full 30days first…for the hair loss I might recommend biotin supplements? This helps me some? But the allergen free diet may help the hair thinning symptoms as well…it has a lot of strange benefits you wouldn’t expect (when I started doing it my seasonal allergies improved, I stopped having allergic reactions to mango weirdly?, less joint pain/body aches, less overall edema/bloating, improved skin (less acne), and much more..)
I hope you find whatever works best for your particular situation though! I know everyone is different! Wishing you the best! ☺️
