No, the scale is just numbers that’s going to depress you. When in reality, it doesn’t matter about that number; it matters about 1. How you feel and 2. All bodies are different. You could be 200 lbs but that may be the perfect weight for your body type!

I don’t think so! I agree with above^! Everybody is different and the makeup of your body could simply be more muscle (which weighs more than fat) or some other variation. My advice is just try to be healthy and not too hard on yourself cause everybody is different and weight doesn’t tell everything! Lots of factors that go into weight!
