Changing the diet helps I find, less sugar and carbs and the ovaries will produce less androgens. The body is being stimulated too much also avoid as much stress as possible. I spent thousands in laser hair removal, and there wasn’t much difference. For them to kill the follicle they have to get it when it’s at the right phase it’s very complicated. You can try it though but it did not make cure my problem. It was only good when I had the treatments. But came back over time as I wasn’t eating healthy and gaining weight.

I don't know that much about laser hair removal but if you having that much problem of facial hair then why don't you go for lasser treatment means it will be permanent right???

Okay i just want to give you an advice that don't shave your facial hairs as they become more thick and grow faster & also creates black spots on your face just go for waxing it lasts for a month i guess but after waxing don't forget to moisture your face
