I Am Wondering On Average After Diet/health Changes, How Long Did It Take For Yall To Get Pregnant/have Labs Improve.

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭
Corbin, KY

I am 3.5 months into health eating and regular exercise. I've lost almost 20% of my body weight (35 lbs). I believe I am still not releasing eggs because my LH levels still never go above 1.5 or so during ovulation. Im trying to decide how long to wait before going back to redo labs and potentially ask for something medicated to stimulate my eggs to be released.

NOTE: I am not insulin resistant.

Hi Quinne, have you looked into diets specifically for fertility? It's not the same as a regular healthy eating diet. And also cycle-syncing.
