Diet
Hi im looking to find out what everyones diets like. I have recently been diagnosed after a long 14 years of struggling. I havent started my diet plan with NHS just looking to see what im upagainst. I have always been a big eater, i over eat my portion sizes are twice as big as the aveage male and i binge every day. I do eat healthily but i love red meat and crisps!
I was having the same issue when I was first diagnosed in 2009 I went through many different stages, I am now a vegetarian I eat very VERY little dairy and I'm in the gym 6 days a week, I dont eat any soy nor do I take any medication only plant based supplements. I finally found something that worked for me.
I know every person is different. But I love my slim fast
Thank you i have picked up a few gluten free if not wholegrain, its recipes i think i will struggle with, all i know i meat carb and veg!
I lost 2 stone by going Gluten, Dairy and Sugar free. Its hard, but worth it. I'm on a break at the moment on being so strict during the christmas period but back on it to lose another stone in January. Good luck!
No problem! The other tool I use is myfitnesspal - its basically a food diary and helps you log your calories and stay in a deficit. It's helped me lose 35 lbs and counting without giving up the things I love!
