How To Take Pills When Sick?

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Ok this is pretty silly but I feel awful like I am going to throw up Metformin is supposed to be taken with food but I don't feel like I can keep anything down. Should I try to force myself to take it anyways? Do I skip it for now and try to take it when I am feeling better? I feel like this should be obvious but I have never been on pills that I take longer than a week or two.

Hi Natalie im sorry you are sick. Im in this same situation most days i dont eat much. The chemist told me it can be taken with just a biscuit or slice of bread. Ive missed the odd one or two maybe 3 or 4 . If it was me id skip them till you feel better xxx
